Fibre optic internet service for all Danish House residents - Coming Soon

We are pleased to inform our residents that we will be rolling out our new internet service with our ISP partner: Extreme Broadband soon. This is not only the 1st fibre optic network in Kampar, but some say the 1st in Perak! :)

This will be implemented on a phase by phase basis.Very soon, you will notice Extreme BB people serving you at Danish House.

In collaboration with Majilis Daerah Kampar (MDKpr) and Hope Kampar, we would like to invite everyone to take a "Kilo of Kindness" bag from our offices, fill it with goodies (a flier is enclosed to indicate suggested food items but please DO NOT buy bread as it might turn mouldy!).

For those of you who are poor in keeping tabs of your rental receipts, you might want to think twice before chucking away your most recent rental receipts....

Our strategic partner, Sports @ Grand Kampar, will be opening next month and will offer Danish House residents discounts for rental of their sports facilities comprising of Badminton, Tennis, Basketball, Volleyball and Futsal courts.          & ROUTER


     Refer to the above matter, many of our modems and routers have been spoilt by lightning strike during raining season. Once again, The management would like to Remind & Advise all Westlake Home residents to switch off & unplug their modem and router (power & telephone cable) when raining .

     Please be inform that, this notice served as second reminder. If we found the modem and router spoilt again, the residents will be responsible to a penalty imposed. The above said penalty & service charges will be divided equally and bear by the residents.

     Please do not hesitate to contact us or come to our office if there is any query. Your patience and co-operation are highly appreciated.

SUB: SWITCH OFF AND UNPLUG THE MODEM & ROUTER

Recently, there are many modems and routers spoilt due to lightning. For your information, Telecom reserves the right whether to replace the modems. Therefore, we would like to advise residents that if you do not want your internet service to be interrupted for unforeseeable period of time, kindly switch off and unplug the modems and routers when it is raining to avoid the mishap from occurring.
