Please be inform that, the electricity supply to Westlake Homes will be interrupted on 18th January 2012 (Wednesday), from 10am to 1pm due to Tenaga National Berhad (TNB) upgrading their system.

Please use key to lock your grille door properly as the door card access system will temporary out of service.

For security purpose, we wish to remind and advice all our tenants to lock the windows and doors including room door, grille door, timber door and back door before you leaving.

We wish to informed that, the separate electricity meter(s) was installed on each floor of Oxford Houses. (selected Lot only)

Please note that all tenants would be required to pay for the apportioned amount of the electricity bill based on the meter reading at each floors. We wish to remind that all residents are responsible to bear all the extra electricity charges equally and on monthly basis.
