Please be informed that the van service will be cancelled for temporary from 2nd May 2011 (Monday) to 5th June 2011 (Sunday). The van service will be back to normal after the date mention above. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

         & ROUTER


     Refer to the above matter, many of our modems and routers have been spoilt by lightning strike during raining season. Once again, The management would like to Remind & Advise all Westlake Home residents to switch off & unplug their modem and router (power & telephone cable) when raining .

     Please be inform that, this notice served as second reminder. If we found the modem and router spoilt again, the residents will be responsible to a penalty imposed. The above said penalty & service charges will be divided equally and bear by the residents.

     Please do not hesitate to contact us or come to our office if there is any query. Your patience and co-operation are highly appreciated.

Recently, there are many modems and routers spoilt due to lightning. For your information, Telecom reserves the right whether to replace the modems. Therefore, we would like to advise residents that if you do not want your internet service to be interrupted for unforeseeable period of time, kindly switch off and unplug the modems and routers when it is raining to avoid the mishap from occurring.
